A Yunnan Provincial Intermediate-Level Dual-Qualified Vocational Education Teacher, a Senior Psychological Counselor, Senior Assessor for Early Childhood Care Vocational Skills, Assessor for Senior Childcare Workers, Assessor for Senior Infant Care Specialists, and Intermediate Artificial Intelligence Content Generator; Member of the Technical Committee for the “Belt and Road” and BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition.

She is a recipient of 7 provincial-level competition awards, with a total of 33 awards to date. She authored 2 monographs and published 21 academic papers in the field of early childhood education. She compiled 10 textbooks, including 3 as chief editor. She led 3 research projects, completed 1 national-level program development initiative, and 2 provincial-level teaching reform projects.
